Armação dos Búzios, often referred to as just Búzios, is a resort town and a municipality located in the state of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. It is located 105 miles (169 km) northeast of Rio de Janeiro city, the state capital.

It is a peninsula with 5 miles (8 km) long and 23 beaches, getting from one side Equatorian ocean currents and from the other South Pole ocean currents, which means its beaches have both warm and cold waters. Among the main beaches stand out Geribá, João Fernandes, Ferradura, Ferradurinha, Armação, Manguinhos, Tartaruga, Ossos, Tucuns, Brava e Olho-de-Boi, the latter reserved for the practice of nudism.
